Why We Built This Site
Louisiana offers several official paths to criminal-record information, yet each has a narrow role. The Beauregard Parish Sheriff maintains local booking and jail records. The Clerk of Court keeps filed charges, minutes, and dispositions for the 36th Judicial District Court. Louisiana State Police BCII-LCJIS maintains the statewide LACCH repository and provides a subject’s Right to Review process. State corrections and the Louisiana State Sex Offender and Child Predator Registry supply other distinct records. We organize the verified contacts, search routes, request steps, and published fees for those custodians.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference resource. It has no affiliation with a Louisiana court, sheriff, police department, or state agency. Those boundaries mean we cannot:
- Issue certified court documents, rap sheets, or other official records
- Run an official background check or retrieve a record for a visitor
- Provide legal advice about a charge, disposition, or individual case
- Submit a records request, expungement motion, or other filing for someone
- Promise that an agency’s address, fee, or telephone number has not changed
An official copy must come from its custodian, such as BPSO, the Clerk of Court, or Louisiana State Police BCII-LCJIS. We identify the proper route, but cannot issue the document.
