Most Beauregard Parish criminal-record requests belong with the government office that created or maintains the file. The contacts below route court cases to the Clerk, sheriff reports and bookings to BPSO, and statewide identity records to Louisiana State Police. This private resource cannot accept or fulfill an official request.

This Is Not a Government Office. This privately operated reference resource cannot retrieve criminal records, perform official background checks, correct or remove agency data, or receive an expungement filing. The government custodian must handle each of those actions.

Need an Official Record?

Use the office that holds the specific Beauregard Parish record:

  • Court cases and certified dispositions: review criminal court cases or contact the Beauregard Parish Clerk of Court
  • Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the BPSO Criminal Division or parish jail
  • Police and incident reports: ask the law-enforcement agency that wrote the report
  • A subject’s Louisiana rap sheet: use Louisiana State Police BCII-LCJIS Right to Review
  • Authorized official background checks: follow the authorizing agency and Louisiana State Police process
  • Expungement filings: file through the court and Clerk that hold the case

For BPSO arrest and booking questions, contact the BPSO Criminal Division/Detention Center, 412 Bolivar Bishop Drive, DeRidder, LA 70634. The BPSO main line is 337-463-3281, and the jail line is 337-460-5520. BPSO does not publish a standalone Records Division contact, so call first to identify the proper custodian. For filed charges, minutes, dispositions, and certified court copies, contact the Beauregard Parish Clerk of Court, 201 W. First St., DeRidder, LA 70634, at 337-463-8595.
